THE ROLE.

You will be controlling the full life cycle of recruitment consultancy from the initial business development call to the client to the closing and salary negotiating of the candidate. You will be given huge autonomy in running your own desk but with the support, infrastructure, reputation and finances of one of the world's most successful organisations. A more in depth description and overview will be given once an application has been made.

YOU

This is a role for the high achievers. You will need to be degree educated or equivalent and have a gregarious, ambitious and driven personality. Commercial and/or sales experience is a huge advantage as it sporting accolades. Whether you are a graduate or a sale professionals you will need to be able to prove you achieve above the normal level and have the skills they are looking for (Persuasion, Competitiveness, Drive, Tenacity, Negotiation, Loyalty and a strong work Ethic).
