New Business Development/ Sales
Our company, Redsquid Communications, based in Borehamwood, Herts, is a rapidly growing, well-established telecoms re-seller dealing with all the major networks. Our clients span the whole of the UK from small / medium sized companies through to major international organisations.
Due to continued success over the past 4 years we are seeking a sales professional with a proven track record to join our highly successful team to develop new business accounts. You will be involved in cold calling new accounts, client meetings, cegotiations, face-to-face presentations and contract signings.
Person
You will have a proven sales track record in an expanding industry sector. Communications industry experience is preferred (we provide an extensive training program) but candidates with strong business sales (B2B) experience from any market who are willing to learn will be considered. You must be vibrant and tenacious with a hunger to make serious money.
You must have telesales, field sales and new business-/ sales development experience.
You will possess excellent communications skills with a smart appearance and have your own transport.
Package
We are offering a competitive basic salary (£20k+ depending on experience) with uncapped commission, car allowance, laptop and BlackBerry. OTE for the first year would realistically be £50,000 - £60,000 (uncapped) depending on performance.
This position would also suit someone with 1 - 3yrs sales experience looking for their next step into a more senior sales position.
