Sales Manager Acquisitions - Mobile/Data solutions
£45k basic, £85k OTE + full benefits package
We are a leading provider of mobile communications services and a household name. Due to rapid growth we are currently seeking to expand our sales force with the creation of a new additional sales team. This sales team will focus on high value SME Business Customers, the sales team will work to and then exceed realistic Voice and Data acquisition sales targets, taking full responsibility for acquiring new business.
You will need to inspire respect from everyone at all sales levels both internally and externally. Your 3 - 5 years' frontline B2B Sales Management experience, gained in a professional B2B sales environment will be vital, as will your clear appreciation of how a technical service based B2B organisation can improve your customers' business by helping them select the optimum services from your product portfolio. Above all, you'll have proven your ability to manage a team of up to 8 highly motivated and talented sales executives. Self-motivation, a high level of IT literacy and sales presentation skills and a full drivers licence are the other essential requirements.
