Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Based London

£18k basic OTE - £35k

Our client is a major presence in the IT recruitment and IT services market. They are currently recruiting a Trainee Consultant for their London office. The ideal candidate will be a graduate, preferably with an exposure to a sales environment, perhaps gained in a part-time telesales/sales role whilst studying. Most importantly, candidates will be extremely sharp, money motivated and full of desire to succeed and earn.

In return, you would be working for a large corporate with a strong team ethos who offer excellent training.  As the company only promotes from within, there are genuine opportunities for career progression. Financially you can expect to earn £35k in your first year and a lot more thereafter. There is also the opportunity after 6 months to move into a senior role selling their IT services directly if that is the direction you wish to take.
