Telemarketing / Telesales Executive

Office based - Ringwood

Liaison Technologies wish to appoint a highly motivated telemarketing specialist for their UK business. Thisis initially an office based role with an international remit and reports to the Vice President of European Sales.

The chosen candidate will:
  • Handle outbound telemarketing calls in order to nurture new business opportunities.
  • Follow up in-bound enquiries to make appointments for Sales teams in the UK and other English-speaking European countries 
  • Carrying out list building and telephone research projects to support marketing activities including webcasts and events
  •  Conduct market segmentation to define ideal customers, from this create a target list and call schedule 
  • Work with the marketing department and sales managers within the organization to enhance ongoingmarketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns
  •  Attend UK/European Liaison events, tradeshow and conferences to help capture and manage enquiries 
  • Keep abreast of, competition, competitive issues, products, and services, and markets.
  • Report market and competitive information to Marketing Other duties as assigned
Background and experience:
  • Minimum 3 years telesales/telemarketing experience 
  • Proven track record in IT telemarketing preferably enterprise level. 
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
