Strategic Accounts Sales Manager

UK Based

£65k basic, £125k OTE + full benefits package

We are a leading provider of mobile communications services and a household name. Due to a recent promotion we are looking to add a Strategic Accounts Sales Manager to our successful sales division. This sales division focus on high value Corporate Business Customers, working to and then exceeding realistic Voice and Data sales targets, taking full responsibility for these large value accounts. You will be responsible for managing 3 sales Managers who in turn manage 7 Account Directors each. The ideal candidate will have experience managing managers preferably within an account management arena.

You will need to inspire respect from everyone at all sales levels both internally and externally. Your 5 years+ frontline B2B Sales Management experience, gained in a professional B2B technology based sales environment will be vital, as will your clear appreciation of how a technical service based B2B organisation can improve your customers' business by helping them select the optimum services from your product portfolio. Above all, you'll have proven your ability to manage a team. Self-motivation, a high level of IT literacy and sales presentation skills and a full driver's licence are the other essential requirements.
