Southern Regional Sales Manager - Networking Hardware

£60k Basic, £85k OTE

London and South East

PMA has developed a partnership with an industry recognised Global manufacturer of leading edge Network technology & equipment as well as high-quality products for wiring and communications. They are a world-class developer and provider of innovative electrical and networking solutions and services.

Established in the 1950s, my client has engineered and manufactured leading-edge solutions and products, which has seen them become the industry leader with sales over $670 million, 4000 employees and 12 manufacturing plants. They hold strong partnerships with industry leading organizations such as Cisco, IBM and HP to expand their solution for their customers. The majority come from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100.

We currently have opportunities for a Southern Regional Sales Manager who has the desire and tenacity to succeed in a demanding business to business environment. The candidate must be determined, career and money hungry, organised, intelligent and able to articulate themselves at any level. Working on the development of an effective channel strategy for the UK, to combine the wholesalers, Specialist Distributors and global partners.

The ideal candidate will have a background of Sales Management in cabling or a minimum of 5 years or a similar vertical and be responsible for sales in key accounts within the region. Responsibilities include driving the sales team which consists of 8 sales staff to achieve sales targets and working with the sales business development team to achieve a wider market share through sales in the wholesale, specialist sales distributors and global partners.

In return, the successful applicants will receive a remuneration package of a £60K basic with a £85K OTE, company car, 25 days holiday, PMI, PHI, Pension, Life x3, mobile, laptop.
