JOB TITLE: Sales Manager

TERRITORY: South
LOCATION: You will need to be commutable to the South Coast
PACKAGE: £45k £50k basic salary + £85k - £90kOTE (uncapped) + £5k car allowance + benefits

Our Client is a market leading provider of specialist accounting software solutions for both the private and public sectors.

Through continued growth our client is now looking to recruit a Sales Manager to head up sales into the private sector. You will take responsibility for developing business for our client in a defined territory focusing on achieving a team sales revenue target for the financial year and developing an on-going pipeline of business.

You will be responsible for:-

• Managing a successful team of 7 sales professionals
• Responsible for the UK sales quota currently £5m-£7m p.a.
• Performance management - Measuring and monitoring the teams sales performance and up-skilling where required

• Targeting UK Enterprise client base across all verticals
• Providing feedback to the product and marketing teams.

As the successful Sales Manager you will have experience of maintaining and growing a customer base, a strong track record of successful sales management and the skillset to develop an experienced sales team.

PLEASE NOTE: Accounting qualifications or experience of selling accounting software would be a significant advantage
