Senior Sales Executive - Mobile Data Solutions

London & The South East

£30K - £50K basic £60K - £100K OTE plus Corporate Benefits (Top performers earn £200K+)

Our client is the market-leading provider of advanced telematics solutions in both the UK and Europe. Their unique in-house developed technology gives them an edge in a competitive market place, as does their ability to deliver complex high-level solutions on time and within budget. With a product suite that is second to none and an impressive client list that includes the likes of TNT, FedEx, Harrods, Air France and Airbus, our client offers everything an ambitious sales professional would want.

Your initial focus will be on the acquisition of new business with a particular drive into the SME market. Account Management will become a much larger part of the role as your client base develops. An internal telemarketing team will generate a number of qualified new business appointments for you each week, but you will still be required to generate your own appointments through a mixture of networking, referrals and cold calling.

The ideal candidate will be bright, driven and motivated by money. You must have a minimum of 2 years business-to-business sales experience, have an excellent understanding of the structured sales process, have demonstrable experience selling solutions and approach selling in a highly consultative manner. Structured sales training as well as experience within technology would also be beneficial.

In return our client is offering a great package that is geared towards rewarding over-achievers. Basic salaries will range from between £30,000.00 and £50,000.00, based on experience, with a 100% OTE (£60,000.00 to £100,000.00) on top and a commission structure that allows top performers to earn in excess of £200,000.00 per annum. In addition people who exceed 100% against target are guaranteed on-going increases in both their basic salary and their on target earnings.
