Sales Executive Soft Skills Training
London
18-22k Base, 31-35k OTE + Bens
Our Client is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a leading provider of soft skills training solutions, delivering innovative and bespoke training that takes in both DVD based and e-learning solutions. Due to continued growth in their London office they now have a need to strengthen their sales team with the appointment of an additional internally based Sales Executive.
As a Sales Executive covering new and existing accounts, you will have access to a full suite of soft skills training products and services to offer to the business community. Dealing within both the SME and Corporate market you will develop relationships / business through a mix of inbound enquires, new business development and ongoing account management. This consultative role will be built around trust and the delivery of a quality product/solution.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 12 months previous business to business sales experience. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a record of achievement. Your presentation skills will be first class and accompany your high levels of drive and the determination to make your mark in an innovative and leading organisation.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 18-22k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE exceeding 31-35k in the first year plus benefits.
