Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager (BDM)/Business Development Executive(BDE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated sales professional who can sell Bespoke software solutions and/or Business Process Outsourcing (non voice - data processing services) for a fast growing Software Development/Systems Integration (Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, IBM Partner) and BPO company which currently has over 550 employees globally and offices in UK, USA, Netherlands, Luxembourg and India. Responsibilities will include creating sales leads through outbound calling, responding to sales enquiries, and closing business specifically focusing on the outsourcing proposition.

BASIC SALARY: upto £45K for BDM/ upto £24K for BDE
OTE: £100K uncapped for BDM/ £60K uncapped for BDE

ROLE/REQUIREMENTS

An enthusiastic, self-driven and well networked Sales professional who can hit the ground running is required for this new business development/sales role.

  • This role includes selling Software development, BPO, back office services, data processing and Document Management services (both onshore and offshore). You do not need to be an expert in selling all the listed services, although you need to have a proven track record in selling atleast one of them.
  • Managing new and existing accounts
  • The Sales Professional will be selling across industry verticals - Manufacturing, Logistics, Government, Technology, Financial Services and Insurance, Universities & Libraries and other corporate customers
  • This role is 100% b2b services sale
  • The BDM/Sales Manager/BDE will work as part of our UK sales team and will be supported by offshore pre-sales and delivery team in India.
  • You will be trained on our sales process and how to sell competitively while delivering high-quality business service and in turn contribute to achieve your personal and growth objectives.
  • Responding to RFIs, RFQs and working with colleagues on negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Proven track record to meet and exceed targets in the shape of KPIs and a monthly revenue quota
