Our client is arguably the global media industries first choice for multimedia content. With the worlds largest and most diverse database of moving images they represent and deliver content on behalf of the major news agencies and broadcasters around the globe. Their advanced digital platform offers a unique blend of convenience with maximum coverage. Due to growth within their UK market they are now looking for a Head of Sales Operations to be based in London.

As Head of Sales Operations you will oversee UK operations through a management team and their associated teams. You will have overall responsibility for the efficient management and operation of telesales, customer services and research functions, which will involve the management of all inbound customer activity via both telephone and internet. You will establish and manage a structured programme of outbound telesales and web sales activity, put in place and pursue a clear inbound / outbound sales and customer services strategy and hold direct accountability for the performance and development of a CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years sales management or directorship experience gained in a rights / licensing related market i.e. information / media, software, travel etc. You will be a skilled manager of both inbound and outbound sales activities (call centre type environments) and used to overseeing fast paced, high order rate markets. You will be a natural leader with a mature outlook, a confident approach and first class communication and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be offered a package including a base salary of 65k with a realistic and uncapped first year OTE of 75k plus a full and generous benefits package.
