Senior Sales Director for a market leading telecommunications service provider
Location - South East
Salary - £90,000 basic £150,000 OTE

An innovative company within the mobile application and multimedia environment is looking for a high level Senior Sales Director to manage the strategy and performance of the sales managers and sales team. With the goal to increase the company's market share inside the media and enterprise sector. Their wireless data services, whilst mobile centric, embrace mobile, fixed telephony, internet, mobile broadcasting and on-demand technologies. They are a dynamic enabler of entertainment, information and interaction services.
Working at board level this is the opportunity to be part of an ever growing company and establish yourself at board level as the company develops even further. You will have the chance to make key decisions in the direction of the business and of how it develops
The Role
As Sales Director you will head up all sales operations within the media and enterprise sector. My client are seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional with high level management experience to take on the role of Sales Director for the business. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team as well as earn uncapped commissions while speaking with blue-chip companies in the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Managing Director of the business, the sales directors responsibilities include managing profit and loss, drive sales, develop sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Directors Must Have:
* Experience within telecommunications
* Directed a £50million + business
* Senior Business Leader calibre
* Degree level, ideally MBA
* Thoroughbred sales and negotiation background, experienced at closing high level contracts
* Demonstrable sales management background with a track record of reaching sales targets through team
* Excellent team leader with proven leadership by example abilities
* Excellent communicator at all levels
* In depth knowledge and coaching ability of sales and account management processes
* Proven experience of reaching and exceeding profitability targets and maximising profit margins
* Strong networking abilities
* Experience in BPO
