Sales Account Manager - ISP/Managed Hosting

Up to £35,000 (Basic) OTE £47,000 Uncapped
As a leading provider of domain names and Internet-related services, our client has registered hundreds of thousands of domain names and hosts thousands of websites. With a wide range of services, their clients come from many industries and include over 30% of the FTSE 100. Due to their current success, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to join their existing Sales and Account Management team.
This is the ideal position for someone who is keen to learn and eager to work in a fast moving sales environment where hard work is rewarded. Reporting to the Head of Sales for Managed Hosting, in this role you will be responsible for liaising with, and developing a number of small accounts. This will also involve dealing with client queries and liaising with internal departments of behalf of clients.
As a managed hosting Sales Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- proactively managing a selection on clients
- ensuring client satisfaction through good communication
- selling existing and new services to partners and direct clients via the phone, fax and email
To succeed in this role you must have proven sales or account management experience from within the ISP, Hosting, Internet, Security and Telco industries. You will also need good organisational skills, an understanding of Internet Technologies, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Additionally, as the Sales Account Manager you must have a good level of PC literacy, a proactive nature, and the ability to work under pressure. Any experience within Internet sales would be highly beneficial to your application.
