Our client, a global provider of audio and video conferencing services is looking to recruit 3 sales executives to join their expanding Sales team. The company have 11 years of U.K experience in providing conferencing services and grew sales by more than 110% last year.
Over half of today's Fortune 500 companies rely on this company to meet their communication needs. In recent years they have embraced technological developments to create and provide an innovative range of valuable, cost effective web based solutions, in addition to the traditional teleconference and videoconference services, to solve the communication challenges faced by organisations operating in today's competitive markets.
The Sales Executive will identify, close and maintain new and existing business opportunities in order to maximise profitability and generate regular revenues, within the company's agreed sales strategy.
Candidates will need to understand the 'conceptual sale', and have a firm understanding of general business principals in order to understand the challenges faced by prospect clients business and to determine influencing factors in the client's reasons to buy.
By demonstrating to prospects how the company's services will contribute to their bottom line, the sales executive will be able to create opportunity and need. Through maintaining close relationships and providing excellent service they will be able to subsequently grow each account on a local, national and perhaps global scale. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' successful sales experience within a similar industry or within another industry that involves a similar sales structure.
