Job Description

National Sales Manager - Telecommunications

£40,000 - £50,000 Basic dependant on experience

£80,000 - £90,000 OTE, Uncapped

This company is one of UKs leading providers within the telecommunications industry. Selling existing mobile solutions business to business, including mobile voice and data. This is a fantastic company as they represent all of the UKs leading mobile phone networks and subsequently have been rewarded as a Tier 1 supplier by the networks.  My client is currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager, to motivate and manage the Field Sales Executives throughout the whole of England.

The role - National Sales Manager

  • Responsible for the development and management of SME field sales force throughout the UK.
  • Managing a team that sells into SME & Corporate businesses, providing communication solutions, both mobile and fixed along with a number of other technologies.
  • Analysis and management of existing mobile solutions, complete fixed line solutions and Voice over IP technology.
  • Training the sales force.
  • Influence across the company at a Senior Level; including training implementation, sales process, product application and growth plans.
  • Ensure the management, retention and development of a number of key business relationships to generate and sustain revenues in line with business objectives and targets

Ideal candidate - National Sales Manager

  • At least 2yrs in a Sales Manager Position covering a large area.
  • At least 3-4years in a field sales position prior to management
  • Interest and/or experience within telecommunication
  • Must thrive from working within a fast paced, high volume SME environment.
  • Managing, training, recruiting and ensuring all targets are achieved as a company.
