KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - NHS Account

£30,000 basic + £10k bonus

Based; London

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to look after one of our clients most valued customers the NHS, and various Primary Care Trusts. Our Client supplies telecoms solutions throughout the UK into the NHS and wants to appoint a new Key Account Manager to focus on developing the service levels and account growth with this major customer.

The Candidate for Key Account Manager :

• You must be an experienced key account manager with at least 3 years Key Account experience.
• Be used to handling Public Sector accounts and have either worked within a PCT or for the NHS directly or have handled an NHS/ PCT account of some kind.
• Have strong commercial ability to maximise the revenue generated from the account.
• Be well versed in generating meaningful Management Information on accounts for clients and working towards continuous improvement within a key accounts
• Establishing and negotiating Service Level Agreements within the account and working to achieve and exceed required levels.
• Be professional and smart in appearance and able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Nationwide travel may be required but you should live within easy commute of Middlesex

In return our Client will pay a basic salary of £30,000 plus up to £10,000 in bonus. You will be joining a professional and growing business who will support your career development.
