IT Recruitment Consultant (Trainee or Experienced)

20k Base, 40-50k OTE + Excellent Bens

Due to continued growth within their business they have exciting openings in London for IT recruitment consultants with or without direct recruitment experience.
As a sector focused recruitment consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. This role covers the full spectrum of IT perm or contract recruitment from client generation through to candidate management. Based from our clients London office you will identify, qualify and close permanent recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines.
The ideal candidate will posse a minimum of 12-18 months sales experience gained in a B2B or recruitment environment. You will be new business focused and highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at every level of business. You will also posses high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within a respected recruiter.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 20k with an uncapped OTE of 40-50k in the first year plus additional benefits, ongoing training and career development.
