JOB TITLE: IBM Enterprise Software & Storage Specialist
COMPANY: Leading infrastructure and services provider
LOCATION: Home based - London, Warwick and the Midlands
PACKAGE: Up to £50k Basic salary + £100k ote + £5k Car Allowance + Bens

Due to continued success, a unique opportunity has now arisen for an IBM Enterprise Specialist to join their highly successful and dynamic Public Sector sales team.
Your primary responsibility is the development of incremental opportunities from within the Public Sector Region. By working with the Regional Sales Director and the appropriate sales resource as defined with each customer, you will develop account plans specific to each target customer within the allocated branch/region to drive IBM Storage and associated Enterprise & Service business. The IBM Enterprise Specialist will become the primary sales interface between the Vendor Alliance business, IBM and the vertical branches in the development of the proposition so that all elements of the Enterprise Solution are presented effectively in line with customer needs.

You will also act as the primary interface for driving business development opportunities in terms of pipeline management, engagement and business generation with IBM.

A key requirement of the role is to combine a broad understanding of both the technology and the operation and processes of IBM and complimentary products and our clients services with commercial and sales skills to provide leadership and direction within a virtual team.


Main Objectives;

1. Drive the growth of the Storage Enterprise Solutions business in Region
2. Drive the growth of complimentary products and services
3. Deliver the targeted number for IBM
4. Deliver targeted services attached
5. Achieve annual margin number

Secure and retain IBM sales and/or technical certifications appropriate to the role.

You will be an experienced IT Sales professional that can demonstrate a successful track record of new business development and account management within the Public Sector. Knowledge of IBM Enterprise product is key.

Up to £50k base + £100k ote (uncapped) + £5k car allowance + benefits
