Job Description

A young, dynamic business with an innovative marketing solution require a Head of Sales to drive UK business.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for the development and management of the UK sales team focusing on achieving agreed sales / revenue targets.This person will also take responsibility for generating and closing new business and lead key new business pitches to blue chip clients.This person will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with him to ensure continued growth in the UK and work towards further growth across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting business during a huge growth period.

This person will have significant consultative sales experience and a track record of developing and managing successful sales teams. This person will have a good understanding of the marketing and communications sector and have experience of selling into both agency and clients direct. It is essential this person is an energetic team leader with a "can do" attitude and is not afraid to lead from the front. Creative thinking and commercial understanding are further attributes required.

Kyp Systems Plc launched its first product, the iKyp, in September 2005. The iKyp is a patented, interactive communications tool, designed to improve marketing ROI through higher customer retention and response.

With the iKyp, a core component of their success, Kyp Systems business has rapidly evolved to offering a range of custom engagement solutions designed to better deliver the client's objectives. Engagement solutions include paper engineered, electronic and digital components.

Kyp Systems engagement solutions can be used for advertising, educating, promoting and informing. The company is currently expanding globally and is present in markets including the USA, China and the Middle East. Kyp Systems products differ from other marketing tools because they are designed to generate response by engaging the user and most importantly get kept, ensuring messages are repeated to key target audiences. The head office is in London. North American offices are in New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco and the company is also present in the Middle East and Asia.

In the company's first trading year they had secured projects with a number of major blue-chip organisations: Shell, BP, Sony Playstation, Pfizer, British Gas, ING and Travelex. Kyp Systems won the "Best Newcomer" award at the British Promotional Merchandise Association Awards 2006.
