My client is a leading UK provider of financial information and due to expansion are looking to expand their sales team with 2 new Business Development managers to continue the recent growth in the company. This role will be based in London and be a mixture of new business and account management.

You will have experience selling to banks or hedge fund managers or large corporates or just about anyone who gets involved in investments, you will have the corporate gravitas to sell senior management, you will be dynamic, hungry, responsible person who is happy to work as part of a team whilst continually exceeding targets. We are looking ideally for people who have industry related experience but will consider a strong candidate who has sold into these verticals, the right candidates will have 3-5 years sales experience where they are over achieving against their current budgets.

This opportunity is both office and field sales based, you will be expected to self generate 20+ appointments per month, you will be given some existing accounts to manage but the new business sales will contribute greatly to your overall package as commission rates can go as high as 20%. The top performers in the sales team here are earning a lot more than the stated ote and the right candidate has the opportunity to earn very well as well as also having a future opportunity to manage a team of sales people when the company has got to the next level.
