FirstCare is the UK's leading provider of Absence Management Solutions. Our clients include British Gas, Coca-Cola and a significant number of NHS and government organisations to name but a few. FirstCare is a young, dynamic company employing about 100 people at the London office and has ambitious plans to develop the business over the next 5 years. FirstCare is looking for the right fit with the team so will consider both experienced sales people and keen graduates.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Covering the UK with both office and home based working
Permanent
Up to £40,000 basic + OTE of £80,000
Uncapped commission scheme

On going training and development
The main objective of this role will be to sell FirstCare's 'Day 1' absence management service to both public and private sector organisations, in line with set company targets.
The role holder will be responsible for:
Presenting FirstCare services at client meetings, events and conferences
Moving prospective customers through the sales cycle, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the process to ensure the sale is successful
Identifying and building relationships with budget holders/decision makers within target organisations
Writing comprehensive business proposals, tender responses and presentations
Negotiating terms, conditions and prices with buyers, in line with company expectations
Qualifications
Degree educated
Ideally, previous commercial sales/marketing experience
IT literate
Ability to work alone
Evidence of delivering against targets
Full UK Driving License
