Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment
£35k Basic £65k OTE + fully expensed company car + excellent benefits.

We are a global market leader with an annual turnover that is counted in £billions. We have over 2 million business customers in over 100 countries and a sales force in the UK of over 200.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our business at Sales Management level. This opportunity does not arise often as the majority of our Management team have been promoted and trained from within.
This is a pure Management role, responsible for a team of up to 8 professional business to business salespeople. You will be responsible for motivation, recruitment, organisation, development and support as well as obviously ensuring your team achieves monthly and annual targets. You will manage both from the office and accompany your team on patch when needed.
To apply, you must have at least 3 years Sales team Management experience. You will have managed within a targeted, business to business sales environment and have recent experience of managing teams of at least 5 salespeople selling new business and account managing existing clients. Some of the Sales team may be relatively inexperienced and although well trained, will need experienced mentoring. Experience of working with this type of salesperson would be an advantage.

In return the package includes a basic salary of up to £35,000 with an OTE of £65,000. Other benefits include a fully expensed company car, up to 28 days holiday, stock options and many other corporate benefits including international incentive trips.
