An opportunity has arisen for an established and senior Account Manager for a successful Service Provider in the Liverpool area.
The main element of this role is for the A/M to work as a contact for the client, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business. You will also provide excellent customer service on all accounts, and represent the clients needs and goals, ensuring complete satisfaction and smooth delivery of service.
This is a challenging and demanding role. You will be responsible for 10-15 members of staff including Team Leaders, Sales and Account Managers and also Administration staff. We are looking for someone who has a proven background in an Account / Project Management role, demonstrating experience in operational management, and business development - with specific experience within either sales, outsourcing or IT.

* Budget control
* Strong Customer Relations
* Business plans
* Extensive product knowledge within Sales, IT or Outsourcing
This is a full time permanent role, 9-5 Mon-Fri. Salary is negotiable depdendent on experience. Salary is offering up to £50K basic with a £12k commission structure depending on performance.
