Sales Advisor, £18k OTE, Glasgow

Position: Sales Advisor
Salary: £13 Basic, £18k OTE (uncapped) plus excellent benefits
Location: Rutherglen contact centre 10 minutes from Glasgow Central
Hours: 9-5pm and 12-8pm alternating each week Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

ROLE:
This is a challenging role involving outbound sales on behalf of one the UK's largest energy suppliers. You will also need to be a team player who integrates well with their existing sales team. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Able to work across a range of products and services.
b) Excellent customer service delivery whilst recognising customer loyalty.
c) PC literate good working knowledge of MS Office packages (Word & Excel).
d) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (Not Essential):
a) Previous strong sales experience within a high volume sales area. This should be via previous contact centre experience, outbound sales or "Sales through service" experience.
b) An understanding of Outsourcing.
c) Previous utilities experience.
