Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Enterprise Software Solutions
St Albans, Hertfordshire (Office/Field based covering the UK)
£40,000 - £45,000 (OTE Up to £90,000) Plus Excellent Benefits including Pension, Healthcare, Car Allowance

Our client provides application development, modernisation and integration software for companies around the world. An opportunity has now arisen for a talented and ambitious Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a software sales professional with knowledge of business applications, looking to further their career and earning potential with a fast paced and forward thinking company.

In this new business role, as a Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling the companys software solutions to clients across the UK.

Working primarily in the IBM market place, you will take a proactive approach in developing new prospects, attracting business, identifying further opportunities and bringing existing relationships to the table.

With a track record of dealing with key decision makers, your influencing skills will play a vital role in creating appointments and aligning the companys solutions with customers expectations.

To be considered for the role of Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, you must have:

- Experience of selling software and development services to medium and large accounts
- A broad knowledge of business applications and technologies, including development tools, integration, eCommerce and content management

Additionally, you must be self motivated and target driven with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Although not essential, previous experience of working for a large company would be a distinct advantage to your application.
