The Company

This market leading software firm is growing its sales team and now seeks a VP Sales & Marketing to head up their sales team. They supply geo underwriting, a location aware risk intelligence service to identify traits such as flooding or crime, as well as a data management tool which enables brokers to format a variety of spreadsheets in a useable fashion.

The Person

They are looking for the following Key Skills:

  • New business sales track record
  • Sales of software into the insurance sector is ideal
  • You will have a track record of managing a sales team
  • Individuals who have sold software into the financial services sector will also be considered

The Role

You will be selling to major insurance companies, dealing with chief underwriting officers and operations directors in a new business and account management capacity. Six figure deal sizes are standard and you will be responsible for a seven figure quota as well as managing a team of six sales executives. Good marketing and pre-sales support is offered from this industry leading company.
