Challenging and rewarding Trainee Field Sales role - Well renowned Sales Training - Blue Chip Company - £15k OTE £24k Uncapped, rising to £18k OTE £42k after 6 months training - Company Car or Car Allowance, Mobile Phone and Laptop plus Excellent Benefit Package - Progression to Senior Field Sales or Key Accounts.
In this Trainee Field Sales role you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts and developing new ones on your own defined territory. You will report into a Sales Manager and cover the Derby, Wolverhampton and Walsall region. The company have a sales training department focused on recruiting ambitious individual who have a desire to work in field sales and who will embark upon a structured 6 month sales training programme designed to progress you to a Field Sales Executive role. Training will not stop there and opportunities within this company are endless. You will have hunger, drive and ambition to develop your own career within successful company
RESPONSIBILITIES - Trainee Field Sales
*A mixture of classroom training and field based training
*A combination of hunting new business and managing an existing base of accounts
*Demonstrating products and closing sales
*Selling to Administrator up to Director levels of SME's to large companies
*Working to targets
*Well developed database with existing business, lapsed clients and competitor business
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES - Trainee Field Sales
*Internal sales, estate agency or recruitment experience is required
*Proactive and motivated personality
*Highly driven to work in sales and career focused
*Excellent communication skills
*Full Driving Licence
*Smart and professional appearance
