Covering a designated territory and operating with plenty of autonomy, your brief will be to maximise all sales and business opportunities, focusing on the continuing development of new and existing clients, ensuring we deliver real and tangible results in terms of increased volume, margins and ultimately market share. These are classic relationship management roles, with a strong sales and business development emphasis, that will also require a track record in or the ability to manage distributor and merchant networks across the area.

Capable of building strong and robust relationships with key decision makers at every level, you must be a proven performer, able to demonstrate a good technical aptitude, who’s used to working in a specifier led sales environment or alternatively a broader commercial context within the construction sector. Either way, if you’re a first class communicator, with good negotiation skills, whose career to date shows solid evidence of successful client management, development and retention, then we can offer you a first class future in a quality driven company, able to offer an excellent package and prospects to match.
