Internal Account Manager - Telecoms
£25,000 Basic, £50,000 OTE
Based in Cambridgeshire
Our client is a globally recognised Tier 1 Telecoms operator with an excellent reputation for providing innovative Voice & Data solutions to Global enterprises, UK National Corporate's and SME/SMB via an extensive channel program.
The role entails managing a number of loyal customers to ensure service levels are acceptable, introducing new telecomms products/services, ensuring voice/date revenues are maintained/increased and assisting the Field Sales team with identifying opportunities within the larger accounts. This role will have natural progression to Field Sales if desired.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years internal sales experience within either a tier 1 Telecoms carrier, CPS/LCR supplier or I.T services company. Strong account planning skills are essential as well an understanding of technology. Knowledge of carrier voice & data products is a distinct advantage.
