We've brought together the best of Orange and T-Mobile to create Everything Everywhere. And with 29 million customers, we're now the biggest communications company in the UK. But more important than the number of customers we have is the relationships we share with each every one. And joining the sales team at our contact centre in Darlington, you'll have a big part to play in those relationships. Dealing specifically with calls from our Orange customers, you'll determine what they are looking for and why, tailoring solutions to their needs.
That means offering a range of offers and promotions that not only persuade them to stick with us, but strengthen our relationship and help them get even more out of the products and services we offer. And, of course, the more changes of heart, the bigger the impact you'll have - not only on the customer experience, but on our bottom line too. You'll have experience in sales and retention. Experience which has honed your ability to understand customer needs and deliver a personalised service to each and every one. A great telephone manner is essential. As is the ability to meet challenging targets. But most important will be your ability to keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.
