Sales Manager, CRM Solutions / Contact Centre Software / Call Centre Software Cambridge based office with work from home option, 45-50k basic, Uncapped OTE with accelerators, Career Progression. My client is the European leader in Web Self Service, Email Response Management and Agent support software. The company develops, implements and supports it's software product and software applications, based on standard internet technologies, targeted to support the customer contact process in any organisation. Organisations using the application can respond quickly and consistently to customer queries through multiple channels using a single knowledge base. Having just launched in the UK after 5 years of international success, my client is now seeking to recruit a strong National Sales Manager to develop the UK Territory and then grow a sales team in the process.
Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director you will be relied upon to source new business by generating and converting leads in to concrete sales selling Web Self Service, Email Response Management and Agent support software (i.e. CRM into the Contact Centre Market. Once you have established a strong presence in the UK your role will evolve into growing a sales team to cover the whole of the UK
You will be speaking to IT Directors / Operations Directors and Customer Service Managers on a daily basis. Whilst there will be a small level of account Management, the bulk of your daily workload will be generating new business. You will therefore be required to produce reports detailing your new business activity and strategically forecasting new business. In this role you will wear many hats and will find yourself challenged on a daily basis.
Ideally you will have a minimum of a number of years sales experience selling CRM solutions into the Contact Centre market space. You must be a 'Heavy Hitter' and a clear communicator with the sales drive to see a challenging long cycle sale through from start to finish.
The fortunate individual will enjoy a 30 40K (neg) base salary with a lucrative commission structure based on performance. This is a very rewarding company to work for with opportunities for hard workers and over achievers.
