O2 Internal Sales Manager - Cheshire

£25k basic £35k OTE + benefits

O2 are a leading provider of mobile communications services with a global coverage of more than 400 networks in over 180 countries and global data coverage of more than 160 GPRS networks in over 80 countries. We have excellent UK network coverage of 99 percent.

Due to expansion, O2 currently have a requirement for an Internal Sales Manager, managing executives / Telephone Account Managers, based near Runcorn, Cheshire, who's focus is to sell their comprehensive range of mobile services including new innovative data products to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.

This role heavily involves supervising and mentoring a telesales team that will be managed and recruited by the candidate. The successful candidate will be structured both in the way they sell and in the way they organise and conduct themselves. They must also be the kind of sales person that demonstrates maturity, self-motivation and leadership skills as this role only has the limits that the holder puts upon themselves. The more successful you are, the more you will earn as the company truly believes in rewarding successful people.

Successful candidates will have an understanding of general business processes and be able to demonstrate an ability to think on their feet. Individuals need to be vibrant and charismatic with a strong personality and an assertive nature and be able to influence without being seen as pushy or forceful. At interview they will make an immediate impact with their confidence and lively nature. The ability to demonstrate a high level of motivation and drive to earn will be evident, as will your ability to fit into a highly motivated and activity focused sales team environment. You must have a minimum of three years business-to-business telesales management experience and a CV that demonstrates a history of over achievement.
