Internal Sales Manager IT Cambridge Up to £50K

They are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to work within their highly successful commercial sales team. The Sales Manager will play a key part in growing this global brand, along with overseeing the operational management of the sales process.
A successful candidate for this Sales Manager role will have the following:
· Proven sales ability with quota beating sales management experience within the B2B
· ITservices/software industry is essential for this role
· Excellent people management skills with experience of managing, motivating and setting targets for a team of sales professionals
· A confident, professional, consultative personality and style
· Excellent English and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
· A passionate interest in technology
As Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for the following
· Managing an a team of four internal sales people
· Motivating, recruitment & Training
· Ensuring the sales process is followed
· Improving, refining and creating internal processes
· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
