Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant Reading
16-18k Base, 30k OTE + Bens

Due to continued growth they now have exciting openings in Reading for trainee IT recruitment consultants to learn the industry.
As a trainee recruitment consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. This entry level role covers the full spectrum of IT recruitment from client generation through to candidate management. Based from our clients Reading office you will identify, qualify and close recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines.
The ideal candidate will posse a minimum of 3-6 months sales experience gained in a B2B or B2C environment. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. You will also posses high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within a growing recruiter.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 16-18k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 30k in the first year plus additional benefits, ongoing training and career development.
