Internal Sales Executive /Telemarketer role - A Communications Company who are highly respected and have proven success in the industry - A challenging & rewarding role securing good quality & well qualified appointments for the Sales Teams - £20-24k OTE £32-36kk Uncapped plus Excellent Benefit Package - Progression to Senior Sales/Field Sales & Account Management - Working in Reading office
A Telemarketer role within a company who continually focus on developing their position in the market place through acquisition of competitors and growth of their sales teams. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with decision makers promoting to companies products and services. Appointments that you book will be worth at least £1000 worth of business for the company. You will be a highly driven person with desire to work in/or progress you career in sales. As a Telemarketer / Internal Sales Executive you will be an excellent communicator and confident at conversing with all levels of business.
RESPONSIBILTIES - Internal Sales Executive / Telemarketer
* Lead generation
* Database management and forecasting business opportunities
* Selling to all industries and establishing contact with decision makers
* Booking well qualified appointments for field sales to close the business
* To work to KPI's and targets
* Attend training courses and work towards progressing to senior sales roles
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES - Internal Sales Executive / Telemarketer
* Graduate calibre
* Telemarketing or Telesales experience is desirable
* Commercial experience
* Excellent and highly confident communication skills
* Desire to succeed in and progress a career in sales
* Self motivated and disciplined
