We are seeking to recruit a Client Development Sales Team Manager to manage Field Sales Account Managers, TAMs and one Telesales person based out of Bournemouth. You will be based in the office two days a week and field based the remaining three days. You will be targeted to manage and retain an existent revenue stream and achieve new business from the existing client base.
This is a very important role for us, so the successful candidate will have excellent Sales Management experience, preferably in software but not essentially. You will either have excellent experience of managing Account Managers or have a strong background personally in Account Management prior to being an experienced Sales Manager. A strong personality is essential as well as being a "people" person. The role is very process and KPI driven so you must be comfortable and experienced within this type of sales environment.
