Opportunity Understanding the value of managing multi-channel retail has become the number one challenge for retailers who are aiming to maximise their sales by ensuring they engage effectively with their customers across the various touch points in the customers buying process.
This change in how retailers do business has had a dramatic impact on how they manage their labour across all areas of the business. Too many people in store in quiet periods result in high salary costs with little revenue in return and the flips side to this is not having enough employees in store during a busy period which results in low sales, poor customer service and damaged reputation.

Their investment in technology has allowed them to develop a world class SaaS solution specifically for their sector.
Role The product development phase is now complete, the next stage is to take the existing sales team and grow revenue. The main objective is to drive the UK and EMEA sales force, lead from the front, manage the KPIs and provide accurate forecasting. This is a pure sales management role responsible for driving revenue through the existing sales team of six UK sales people plus 1 in Europe.

Person: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can manage the team and drive revenue. Ideally from a SaaS/cloud based software vendor; HR Software, HCM, ERP, Workforce Management, Attendance Management, Time & Attendance or any cloud based software sold into Human Resources ideally within the Retail sector.
