Sales Manager / Field Sales role - £40-45k OTE £70-80k Uncapped - Reading office - Setting up a new sales team - Providing Internet Solutions to businesses - Niche Market Place - Rapidly Expanding Company - Excellent product and Company Training provided - Management experience or desire to progress into management - Progression to Director level in the future
This is a new role within the company and you will be responsible for heading up a new sales team. This will involve first of all getting to understand the industry, company, processes and pricing structure. Meeting with existing clients and managing accounts. You will hunt for new business within mainly Enterprise companies in the UK, predominantly in the Thames Valley and London region. Within 6 months you will be recruiting for sales people who you will manage and develop. You will be an integral part to the growth and development of the business in an ever expanding and profitable market place.

*Proven success in field sales

*Ability to develop existing accounts
*Experience of selling to board level
*Management experience or desire to work in management
*Strong work ethic
*Highly motivated and strong sales skills
*Desire to work in management
