Job Description

Trainee Sales / New Business Sales Executive role - Selling a new successful CRM product that has customer take-up ever growing - Well established IT Solutions and Services Company - Reading Office - £20k OTE £25-35k Uncapped plus Benefits Package - Sales and Product Training - Progression to more complex sales as technical ability and confidence in the role grows

In this role as Trainee Sales / New Business Sales Executive you will be looking to start on or build a career in sales, the role will initially involve identifying and targeting new customers and developing them to a position where they can be closed, moving forward  the successful Trainee Sales / New Business Sales Executive will be expected to manage the whole sales cycle from end-to-end.

Responsibilities - Trainee Sales / New Business Sales Executive

  • To identify and establish contact with prospect clients
  • Preparation and delivery of co-ordinated sales campaigns
  • Telesales, Webinars and customer facing presentations
  • Ability to position the benefits and strengths of the product
  • To understanding of the market and its competitive environment
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead to account management

Skills and Attributes - Trainee Sales / New Business Sales Executive

  • Ideally you will have sales experience in the Entertainment industry
  • A broad understanding of IT
  • Experience with CRM systems would be an advantage
  • Business to Business Sales experience or the desire to work in sales
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and acute business acumen
