We are urgently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Lead Qualification Representative / Telesales for a global leader in backup, recovery and archive solutions vendor based in Bracknell. This role is for someone who is eager to work within the IT market place and is interested in selling as well as up-selling Software & Hardware Solutions across the UK.
Your responsibility is helping to generate revenue by generating the leads for the field sales people. This role is focused on UK market place, and you will be working along EMEA team based in Bracknell. It is an interesting opportunity to join the leading company on their field where you will be involved in a wide range of administrative and sales activities over the phone - so good customer service skills are a must.
You will have very varied responsibilities related to sales and admin and can speak German - your role will involve proactively identifying new and up-selling the services within the existing clients . You will also be responsible for completing all the non-technical administration which relates to the calls.
Applicants for this position must have good MS Office skills and some experience of customer service (B2B) speak fluent german. If you have worked with Oracle CRM, that is a bonus. You should be someone who enjoys dealing with people as well as enjoy selling.
