Job Description

Field Sales Executive role - Working for a well established IT Security Company - Highly competitive salary £30k OTE £50k Uncapped - Office based in Reading - Selling high margin IT Security solutions - On site lead generation team - Mixture of professional services, Hardware, Software Managed Services and Support - New business and account management - Client facing role

Our client is looking to recruit a Field Sales Executive to join their growing IT Security Company. They have great working relationships with most major key vendors and a wide ranging customer base from medium sized enterprises to blue chip organisations with second to none customer service they have a great reputation within the industry. You will be selling directly to the end user. As a Field Sales Executive you will be able to utilise their lead generation team to help win new business deals, you will book and attend meetings, close deals and manage and develop your own accounts.

Responsibilities - Field Sales Executive

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Introduce security solutions to prospects
  • Dealing with senior IT decision makers
  • Average first order value £12k
  • Average sales cycle is 3 months
  • Manage vendor and customer relationships

Skills & Attributes - Field Sales Executive

  • Experience in IT sales preferable from a reseller background
  • Field Sales experience
  • History of selling IT solutions at Director level
  • Understanding of major vendors
  • Hungry, focused and adaptable
  • Ability to articulate solutions and objectives
  • Motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic
