My client is looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a new challenging role within a motivated team who have close working relationships with Corporate Companies in the Thames Valley. The role involves prospecting, consulting and managing accounts. You need to be target and results driven with a thorough understanding of a structured sales process. If you have the desire to join a small team and be a key player in a growing team in a role with massive earning potential.

*Contract and Permanent recruitment
*Prospecting and account management role
*Meeting with clients to build up client base
*Working with resource who will interview candidates for you
*Identifying suitable candidates
*Matching and selling to set up interview
*Managing recruitment process through to offer stage
*After sales service
Skills and Attributes - Recruitment Consultant
*IT or engineering recruitment experience
*A proven track record in new business sales and account management
*An understanding of a structured sales process
*Target and Results driven
