An exciting opportunity has risen in a within a vibrant distribution company working in a fun, lively, and very occasionally stressful atmosphere. You will be trained to the highest standard to develop your knowledge on all products including licensing and support. Working closely with the Internal and External Account Managers to carry out all the general internal administration duties as well as generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Sales Support / Internal Sales Executive
" Liase with technical team and vendors on support queries
" Keep resellers updated in general with regards the products
" General Order management
" Quotation creation and generation using "Compass"
" Work with the Product Managers and Marketing regards promotions
" Generate new business and manage existing accounts
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES - Sales Support / Internal Sales Executive
" Experience in a sales / administration related role, preferably in IT
" Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and reliability
" Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel & Outlook
" Excellent, confident telephone manner
" A real desire to succeed, be self motivated and proactive
" A team player willing to get involved in all aspects of the business
