Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to manage a team of internally based business development managers spread across the north Europe territory. This company is the market leader in global information management solutions. All applicants must have both sales and sales management experience. Inside Sales Manager Global Information Management Solutions Sales JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Manager - Northern Europe. AREA: UK and Northern Europe. BASED: Berkshire / West London. BASIC: £40K. OTE: £60K. BENEFITS: Usual corporate benefits. THE ROLE ·Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to manage a team of internally based business development managers spread across the north Europe territory. ·The team sell market leading global information management solutions to very large enterprise organisations in the UK and across Europe. ·Their solutions are software based and will basically offer end to end translation solutions bespoke to a customers needs. ·The team do both new business and account management. ·The Inside Sales Manager will manage larger deals when his or her team comes across them. ·Sales cycles will be 3 months to a year and order values will be in the region of £10K to £50K. ·This role will involve up to 30% travel across Northern Europe. THE COMPANY ·This company is the market leader in global information management solutions. ·They are the only company that offer true end to end solutions bespoke to the client. ·Through the acquisition of a number of companies they have reinforced their position as market leader. ·They were established in 1990 and turn over in excess of $200million, they also have 50 offices in 30 countries. ·They have put a huge investment into R&D. ·Clients include Sony, Canon, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Virgin, Morgan Stanley and Audi. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·All applicants must have both sales and sales management experience. ·The successful candidate will have managed an internal team. ·All applicants must have experience of closing business with large corporate organisations. ·Software sales experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite for this position. ·It is essential that all applicants have access to West London/Berkshire and he or she must also be willing to travel. ·All applicants must also be stable in his or her career and have a track record of over achievement against target.
