Challenging Field Sales Executive role - Providing Security Solutions to business customers - Must be money hungry and motivated - Home based - All new business appointments booked by the telesales team - £20k basic OTE £60k Uncapped - Competitive Car Allowance or Company Car - Commission paid on all sales from point of order - Progression to Key Accounts or Sales Management
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Executive to join a growing Security Solutions / CCTV company. You will be responsible for leasing the equipment to businesses that have a need to ensure their premises are monitored and secure. Your diary will be managed by a Telesales team who book your appointments for you. Your focus will be closing business and managing and developing client accounts. As a Field Sales Executive you will have the ability to communicate effectively up to director level and provide the best possible solution in order to encourage repeat business will be one of your strengths.
Responsibilities - Field Sales Executive
" Generate new business and manage new accounts
" Attend the Hampshire office 2-3 times per month
" Maintain relationships to secure the business
" Communicate up to Director level
" Manage the full sales cycle from inception to closure
" Carry an individual target of £400k per annum
Skills and Attributes - Field Sales Executive
" Field sales experience is essential
" Industry experience is desirable
" Good negotiation and closing skills
" Career minded
" Able to manage your time effectively
" A 'can do' attitude
