Leading IT software product and services vendor is seeking a Contract Renewal / Sales Support Administrator / Account Manager for a challenging customer service role. The Company are an IT software vendor who sells a wide range of software products and tools to major companies throughout the world. This role is focused in their UK marker.  As a Contract renewal administrator / sales support / Account Manager you will be responsible to  contact existing customers about the subscription service, support renewals, licensing issues for product upgrades, identifying which upgrade products they require and raising the necessary paperwork.  These are usually straightforward B2B transactions but there are opportunities to encourage the customers to upgrade the contracts or buy enhanced services. You will also be involved in checking the integrity of the data on the customer database and in talking to customers throughout UK & Europe who are calling in with requests for assistance.

To be considered for a Contract Support Renewal / Sales Support Administrator position you must have good administration skills (MS Office) and be comfortable with a desktop based role. You much be an excellent communicator and happy to speak proactively with customers to be able to up-sell the services and products.

You will be joining a friendly team of 6 people in a pleasant office in central Maidenhead. The offices are accessible by train or bus and car parking is also provided. If you are interested in this role please contact me ASAP as the client is keen to move quickly.
