Job Description

Senior Sales Executive : ITO, IT Outsourcing : Local Government - UK
Package: £60-85k, Car, Commission, Pension & Private healthcare, OTE

My client, a leading supplier of IT Outsourcing & IT services within the Local government & Public sector market require a Senior Sales executive to sell a range Full & Partial ITO Solutions within an existing and new client base.

Main responsibilities

* To develop opportunity profiles, plans and sales campaigns to support achievement of new sales order revenue targets, working closely with our marketing plan, business plan and internal staff in pre- and post-sales roles.
* To identify, qualify and quantify all market opportunities
* To manage the complete bid process including RFI?s & PQQ?S
* To ensure that all customers are aware of the full portfolio of products and services offered
* To develop and grow business within target markets.
* To develop potential customers (Prospects) into revenue producing Customers.
* Particularly to exhibit a full understanding of the business drivers of each prospective customer and clearly identify ROI and ?better working ?solutions.
* To provide feedback on product requirements and competitor activity into the business.
* To be accountable for providing business information to the Sales Director as required.
* To prepare and submit order documentation in the required format and timescales.

To be considered you will possess:

* Successful sales Track record of ITO Sales (preferably within Local Government and/or Public Sector market)
* Ability to make an impression with a client and have impact
* Excellent presentation skills
* Dynamic personality and approach with the enthusiasm and ability to communicate effectively and inspire with diplomacy at all levels and the motivation to respond to challenges and the confidence and presence to build lasting business relationships.
* Team player with the intelligence and sufficient attention to detail to operate successfully in a complex business process systems environment.
* Track record of and willingness to Manage full tender Processes
* Enthusiastic and pragmatic approach backed by high energy is seen as being very important.
