ROLE INFORMATION
Selling: Offshore outsourcing: Application and infrastructure solutions, consulting services (both domain and IT), Systems integration and BPO, across the Insurance vertical.
Following the sun workflow model: They have 27 global offices and they will pass work from one office to another in different time zones to give 24hr development services, reducing cost and time to market for their clients.
This role is 100% net new business, you will be provided with a list of target accounts across the given region. Any account you win you will be paid commission on for at least 2 years regardless of whether you are still involved in the account or not. There is no hard and fast time frame to hand clients over to engagement teams to manage.
- This role will be pure C-level engagement (CIO heads of billing, head of testing, head of Architecture)
- 3-6 month sales cycles typically.
- Target for year 1 will be $2.5M revenue (in year billed).
- Average order value is $1M can range from $500K to $3M.
- Backup is in the form of virtual teams
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
