MAJOR ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER - MOBILE SOLUTIONS

£55,000 Basic, £95,000 OTE + All usual benefits

Southern UK based

Our client is a Mobile Network Operator and a dynamic & progressive solution provider. Due to reorganisation, they are currently interviewing for an experienced Sales Manager to manage an existing Major Account Sales team comprising 6 high achieving Corporate Account Managers.

You will need to inspire respect from everyone at all levels both internally and externally and be able to give examples of this. Your 4 years + front-line B2B Corporate Sales Management experience, gained within a professional B2B sales environment, will be key as will your clear appreciation of how a technical, service based B2B organisation can deliver real value to your customers' business. Ideally you will have managed a team of Account Managers within the Mobile or Telco arena. Self-motivation, a high level of IT literacy and sales presentation skills are the other essential requirements as well as the drive and determination to be the best.

There are no limits to the rewards you can enjoy or the prospects you may expect. Rewards will include a generous base salary with uncapped OTE plus a comprehensive benefits package including a car allowance of £6600 pa.
